My experience working with Simon was great. He helped me from February of 2023 to August of 2023. He found me my first home and I am grateful that I was able to work alongside him. Any question that I had he was able to answer and he responded quickly. So thankful to have worked with Simon. He was very professional, informative and kind. Would definitely use Simon again for anything real estate related!

Simon was professional, extremely knowledgeable and personable. I have had poor experiences with other realtors and he immediately placed me at ease with his knowledge of the area/ market, my unique sale condition, his kind spirit, patience and great humour. I experienced an unexpected loss of my parent at the beginning of our interaction, coupled with extremely difficult tenants. Instead of ending our agreement or shunning his role he chose to go above and beyond to help and guide me. The ease in while he switched to a supportive role leaves me to undoubtedly believe that his clients and their success is his drive. Simon tolerated the delay without a complaint or badgering me while I travelled overseas. He was respectful of my privacy while keeping me informed. Upon my return to Calgary and the resumption of the sale, it was done smoothly and effortlessly. He checked in on the property even when my professional and personal duties limited me. Simon made the process of selling my property so seamless during the most challenging time in my life and I am extremely grateful.

Simon has my highest recommendation. I was looking for my first investment property in a city that I had never been to. I had little knowledge and experience of Calgary as well as the process of buying a home. Simon treated me as though I was his only client and really made sure I found what I wanted. Viewing 36 places in three days, he took it upon himself to ensure I saw all areas of Calgary and encouraged me to keep an open mind. I was able to successfully find a place in 3 days. Not every realtor is able to put on an "investor" hat as well as a "realtor" hat and he can do both effortlessly. He bounces options with you, thinks out side the box and really goes above and beyond constantly. I will most definitely be buying my second place with him too.
