Stam is possibly a superhero? He managed to pull off literally the impossible in getting me my dream condo at an affordable price, as a result of absolutely endless patience and persistence when anyone else would have walked away; going absolutely above and beyond for his clients; and offering absolutely sound advice with kindness at every stage. When we found a condo I loved that was just above my price range, the seller actually delisted the condo because even the listed price was lower than what they were willing to accept. Weeks later, Stam gave me a call that he had kept in touch with the listing agent and seller, and persuaded them to sell me the unit at an affordable price. I've never had such a surprising phone call. Every stage of the sale after that point was equally challenging, and Stam spent literally hours waiting at the building to talk to someone when phone calls and emails were ignored. Nonetheless he made it all happen, including negotiating my closing fees to zero (!!!), and I am writing this review from inside my new home. The process of getting a condo is much harder than I had imagined, but Stam makes it look easy, and takes it all with grace. He connects you with the best mortgage specialists and legal advice, and he takes the burden off of his clients' shoulders. His team are incredibly professional and wonderful to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent! Moving from Ireland on my own was scary, but having Stam supporting me throughout the whole journey really put my mind at ease. You will be well looked after. I couldn't recommend him enough!!

Great experience working with Stam at SREAL. I was moving from Niagara to Toronto and didn’t know where to start and he immediately recognized I needed help! As soon as I reached out he got the ball rolling and gathered listings he knew I would love! The whole process took about a week and a half and I secured the most perfect condo thanks to Stam and his team! All I had to do was sign the papers! Would not hesitate to contact Stam again in the future and would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family!
