We called her out of the blue and she arranged some showings for us that same day. 10 months and many showings later, we found our Condo. Stephanie was great. Very helpful when discussing the asking price, and negotiating the final sale. Also helpful in dealing with a potentially complicated pre-sale lease request by the future purchaser. She (and her assistant) pointed out lots of small repairs and cleanup to make a good first impression.
