Very professional! I can’t say enough about how everything when as smooth as clockwork. The condo was listed, shown and sold all within two weeks. Communication was, and still is top notch.

First time homebuyer. Hard to evaluate as I have no prior experience with realtors. Even though the process dragged on for some time, I did not get the impression that Steve became impatient/annoyed.

We were absolutely thrilled to have Steve as our real estate agent. He was understanding, listened to everything we had to say, and was extremely diligent and generous with his time. We got into our home very hassle-free, and Steve's calm temperament, commitment to us, and overall knowledge were something to behold.

It was such a relief to know that Brian and Steve would go above and beyond to deal with everything in our absence. Steve was a great choice as our realtor. He has excellent market knowledge, he delivered on what he said he would do. He was in constant communication with myself & the buyer's agent. At the end, he made the process seamless & the outcome, I believe, was the best for both sides.
