They have a curated list of professionals for every need, are great at coordinating them and they have a depth of understanding of the market to pull off results above market expectations. They are an amazing team and are our go to agents, time and time again.

The Macdougall Team is awesome! Brian and Steve are polished and demonstrate much professionalism as they demonstrate their experience in their field. They knew my neighborhood, providing well documented comparables whist taking into account both less desirable issues such as age and condition of the building and desirable issues such as suite updates and location. They negotiated a price well above asking even though there was a lesser offer! Brian and Steve are courteous, returned communications in a timely fashion and were always spot on with their advice. Their recommendations with respect to Staging and Moving companies was also spot on. The Real Estate market, was for the most part, flat during COVID, especially in the downtown core. I interviewed two other Real Estate Teams before engaging Brian and Steve. Both were way off in what value they saw in my building. Getting the price I did, during such turbulent times, demonstrates I made the right choice. I highly recommend the Macdougall Team and intend to stay with them....if they will have me!! :)

We had been on and off searching for our first home over a few years and Steve was there to support us throughout the entire process. Steve was a pleasure to work with as he was very professional and very easy to get in touch with. He would check in often and was always very quick to respond to our questions and requests. With the market being so hot and so many offers being put in for each house, we quickly became discouraged that we wouldn't be able to find something. But Steve helped us adjust our expectations to find something more realistic and suitable for us. We finally found our family a home after Steve was quick to send us a listing of interest, set up a viewing, and write up our offer all in one day, and we are forever thankful. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Stephen was the perfect agent to help my wife and I. We were pregnant during the sale our old home and the purchase of our new home, he was extremely accommodating and made the whole process as painless as could be. Transacting property during COVID was a daunting task but Stephen helped us navigate the intricacies and got our old home sold in less than a week. Throughout the entire process he was very patient and made sure we did not rush the sale of our home or the purchase of our next home.
