Sue was awesome!! She was friendly, professional, timely, upfront & knowledgeable. From the moment I called her to discuss selling moms house till the closing date she walked us through the process step by step & answering all our questions. Sue was in constant communication, she would let me know the feedback from all potential buyers, and what the market was doing so we could make informed decisions on next move. Sue & her team made sure the house got lots of exposure, even doing a "what it could be" to give a vision for buyers.I have only good things to say about our experience with Sue & her team. I would have given Sue 10/10 stars but only had the option for a 5 star rating. Sue and her team were amazing from start to finish. Sue was knowledgeable, organized, responsive and honest! But most importantly to us, truly compassionate. She helped us navigate a very emotional sale of a cottage property that had been in our family over 50 years with the utmost care. We will be forever grateful for her assistance through this time. Will not hesitate to recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Greater Muskoka area.
