We communicated with Tammy for more than a year, meeting with her first in June 2024 when we decided to move to the Okanagan and then after we received a firm offer on our house in July 2025. We chose Tammy because the information on her listings was the most well-presented of any of the other agents’ listings we came across, and though she was not our listing agent we felt she went the extra mile with the quality of her listing packages. Once we started communicating by email and phone I knew we were in good hands. She made every step in the process easy and always gave us her honest and knowledgeable opinion of potential homes, both as they were and what potential there might be for renovations. Her manner is warm, professional, without glossy language, and her written communications by email or text were always prompt and well-crafted. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tammy as a buying or listing agent and feel we were lucky to have come across her so early in our process.

This was a long distance house purchase for us, but Tammy made it that much easier for us to become familiar with the local community and real estate market. She supplied us with regular on-line listings that met our search criteria, and answered many questions we had about buying in the area, market conditions, and specific questions we had about listed properties. For in-house viewings, she was available to meet our travel schedule and effectively lined up times for the houses we were interested to see. In those viewings, she advised us on both positive aspects of the home, as well as items that may need attention. During the offer stage, she was very helpful on counseling us on our offer price and negotiations, as well as the subject clauses, right up to the final negotiated purchase contract. After finalization of the purchase contract, Tammy helped us with our questions and issues right up to our possession date and after move-in. She made our home buying experience that much easier. Tammy is amazing at what she does, by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure of working with. She is knowledgeable, efficient, always available for whatever you may need and goes above and beyond when you are her client. We appreciated all the thoughts, tidbits, advice and willingness to find out anything we needed to know, no matter how difficult or time consuming it was. We consistently felt that she had our best interest at the forefront throughout the entire process and she continually worked incredibly hard for us. Anyone who utilizes her services would not be disappointed. She is quite literally, the BEST!

Tammy was such a great help when selling our property. She was always available, helpful and courteous. She has a wealth of knowledge and was so professional. She answered any and all questions quickly and easily, and traveled out to see us to explain all details. We appreciate all of her help in the sale of our property and allowing us to move ahead.
