We were looking to buy a home in the South Okanagan for our retirement in the fall 2022. We came for a two weeks trip in May and it was very stressful as the market was tight and it was an important life decision for us. Tammy was incredibly understanding of our feelings and we truly appreciated her caring and humane approach as well as her patience when we worked through the process of further refining what would be our ideal home. She truly cares about her clients and does not try to push in for a sale - she wants her clients to find the place that fits them. Just for this, we would already have given her a top mark. But in addition, she is extremely knowledgeable about the area and property market there. Her experience also shown when we were visiting places as she identified and flagged for us key things (e.g. whether the HVAC system was a good one or not, small defects on the ceilings, etc.) for assessing the home. She also went beyond what we would have expected in assisting us to select a home inspector, etc. And so much more... Really we could not recommend a better agent to assist any buyer - she will definitively have your best interests at hearth. In terms of our rating, from 1 to 5, we would have actually rated her a 10 :) - the system just does not allow us to do so. Thank you so much Tammy for your help. Andre and Michal

Selling my home recently, Tammy made it all as stress free as possible. Taking care of every detail she helped the process go smoothly. Tammy is thorough, pays attention to details (a bonus to clients trying to wrap their head around any real estate transaction), and efficient. As I buy back into the market Tammy is the Realtor I am sticking with. I highly recommend Tammy whether you are buying or selling.
