Upon making the decision to list our home, I interviewed 3 different realtors. 2 were from large, well-known companies and the remaining was 2% Realty. 2% was highly recommended to me, however, the realtor used in that transaction was no longer with the company. I researched the local realtors and Tammy stood out as she had the highest number of positive reviews. People had stated she worked wonders for them and was helpful, communicative and personable throughout the entire process. Upon interviewing with her, I agreed with those statements. I was told that 2% was often overlooked as people don't believe you get the full-service transaction you would with the bigger, more well-known agencies but that it was not the case. The mission statement even highlights that although commissions are lower, you still receive the support and expertise of the larger commission brokers. I mentioned that when referred, I was told that 2% went above and beyond for them in the sale of their house and that we were really excited to have someone so highly regarded and knowledgeable to represent the sale of our home. I'd love to say that was all true and that the process was positive, but it honestly could not be further from the truth. Professionalism was virtually non-existent and our 2% reality resulted in nothing more than paying a good chunk of change for an MLS number and some photographs. Communication was essentially non-existent unless we reached out first and we felt as though our listing was more of a burden than a priority. The whole process left a bad taste in our mouths and the sale of our first home quickly became one of the most stressful and uneasy processes we have ever been through. In closing, we would just like to take a moment to thank you for teaching us the very valuable lesson, that people truly can be whoever you want them to be prior to signing a legally binding contract. We will definitely be selling privately should we decide to list a property in the future.

It is a difficult time to sell condos. With Tammy's advise we were able to sell it in this tough market. Appreciate her help more than words can say. A great pleasure to work with.

Tammy is really enjoyable to work with in buying a home, and selling. She helps with valuation of things, and she gives her thoughts and opinions but more like how a friend would give advice but not being too opinionated. In my situation she helped navigate through complicated schedules on both parties side with as little stress as possible. Thank you!
