We contacted Tania & Tina in April 2022 from another province and their response to help us purchase a home in Calgary was immediate! Beginning with Zoom meetings, they set us up with an online search mechanism that gave us a streamlined list of properties that met our criteria. Our viewings began in early May and being unfamiliar with Calgary, we needed a knowledgeable, straightforward and patient agent- these ladies are all of that and more! They were always very accommodating to our schedule, able to explain anything we needed to know about a community or property, efficient, and “always on” - they worked hard to provide us with as many viewings as we needed. After a successful bid on the property we did buy, they led us step by step through the purchase process here in Alberta. Our minds were always at ease with Tania &Tina working with us. Tania and Tina were excellent realtors. She provided guidance on how to navigate the market. They also provided tips on how to properly stage and provided contacts for a stager and lawyer to make the transaction to go smooth. They were able to get us a great offer in less than 24 hours!! Buying a property at the same time as selling can be stressful but it went as smooth as possible! The only bumps were a few losses due to multiple bidders on highly sought properties. They guided us perfectly on how to navigate purchasing when in competition with others. Overall smooth experience all around!! Would definitely use again however Tania and Tina helped us find our forever home, or at least our very very long time home. 😀
