Several years ago Tan helped us to purchase our townhouse and he was able to negotiate a price $50,000 lower than what we were willing to pay! He was very straightforward with us and gave us valuable insight into the local market which was allowed us to present a much stronger offer. Years later when we sold our townhouse he was able to help us get a great price as well. Oh and did I mention that I am a licensed Real Estate Agent myself? I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my personal real estate needs!

Very experienced and accommodating agent. Help us from A to Z in our home buying process. Tan's willing to schedule showings even after 7 pm. I'm not sure if it's a usual thing to have showings scheduled that late but I must say it surprised me. He's always a text or phone call away even if I contact him really late at night. He even waited for us to come and inspect our new home for more than an hour and I've not heard any complaints. He also negotiated for our house at least a 15% discount, which is mindblowing. I understand we're in the lowest point in the real estate market for the last 5 years or so, but 15% is still a lot of saving on our part. I'm grateful that my relatives, who Tan helped bought their houses, recommended him to us. I'd definitely use his service again without a doubt and recommend him to everyone I know who's interested in real estate.
