<p>Easy to talk to. Held open houses even in winter weather. Thought we might get more than asking but after house was empty we realized that it required a lot of work (painting, carpets, flooring, etc.) Communicated with us via phone and email, which was handy as we were out of town. Professional and knowledgeable. Would do business with them again if required.</p>
