Terry Chesla is the realtor you want when buying/selling a house. He has been fantastic in helping us to sell our property (in 2 weeks!) and in purchasing a new home. An out of province purchase is never an easy thing to attempt. Relying on photos and 3D is not the same as being in the house in person. Terry made this as convenient and professional as he could… going way above and beyond looking into things for us because of the distance factor. We decided to commit to a home that we liked knowing we would be do some renovating to it to make it our own. Terry provided us with an abundance of information about Stettler and getting settled in to the community. All his suggestions were 100% and we look forward to working and living in this community.
