Coming in from Saskatchewan and not knowing the area was a challenge but Terry put us at ease and we found a home we could afford in St. ADOLPHE. This was a great choice for us as we get to live in the country but have city ties. Our journey to this sale was not easy but we knew Terry was there for through all the ups and downs. We went to Terry to purchase a house. He was excellent. The house had a pending offer which was due in 5 days. He called us immediately after the financing for the people did not pass. We were in his office shortly after writing up an offer. He drove to the owners property out of town that night & then back to our home to finalize the purchase. We never thought we had a chance on purchasing a house with an offer already submitted.
