Our experience With Thea Was absolutely incredible. She met Our requirements and found us our forever home in a very short time. She is very Good at her job and very knowledgable about houses she made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions without hesitation. If the rating system would go up to 10 she’d get a 10 thank you for all you did much appreciated from all of us.

Thea came to us highly recommended. From the first meeting we could see why. She filled us in on the Trail market with several listings of similar properties in the area and answered our questions. We live in North Vancouver and had only one meeting with Thea but we were completely confident in her ability. The speed at which she sold mom’s home…1 day after listing, confirmed her advice on the price was correct. Thea is a stellar real estate agent. It was very obvious she is a great communicator with a highest regard for TIME! She called when she said she would and her estimate of time…”we should hear later this morning” was always right on. (Yes, I know “time is money” but Thea made it easy for us, never having to wait for a phone call.) When there were papers to docu-sign, Thea texted us to alert us that the papers had been emailed, ready to sign at our convenience. Not living in Trail, we could not have flowers outside as we had no one to water them, so Thea brought planters from her home for the photos. Now that is above and beyond and so appreciated. So, you can see that Thea’s service was exemplary and we would recommend her to everyone we know! We wish Thea continued success. Go Thea, Go!!! Carolyn DiPasquale
