In two months Thea actually sold my house 4 times (the buyers were not prepared or had family situations) but no sooner was one offer off , the very same day I was signing documents for the next offer. The words that come to mind when I think of Thea are: respect (always returning calls promptly, letting me know when the house was showing) efficient (no matter what time of day documents were sent when she said she would send them , potential buyers were contacted when deals didn’t go through) and her enthusiasm is just so positive and refreshing! Anyway it was an absolute pleasure doing business with Thea. I will reach out to her for my next house!
