I engaged with 4 realtors before I decided who I was going to sell my property with. I wanted to see what each felt the value of my home was worth, as my home was unique and not many comps in the area. I decided to go with Michael and Corinne based on their knowledge and reasoning in coming up with a value and their justifications why. I had looked over all of the agents' photography and staging to see how the photos and videos looked. I felt they used a great photographer/stager and all of their listings showed well. I mostly dealt with Michael and he was lovely and went above and beyond, helping me get my home ready to list. The stager was amazing also. My house sold to the first people who viewed it (and the market right now is soft for sellers!!). Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.
