Michael and Corrine were a dream to work with! From our very first video call, they were so patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and they guided us every step of the way with exceptional service, impeccable response time, and knowledgeable advice. They never pushed us to make a decision - if anything they were so helpful in pointing out things that we would have missed. They went above and beyond in ensuring we were happy and satisfied - even personally helping us remove and install new items in our home. By the time we had found our dream home, we felt that Michael and Corrine were not only outstanding realtors, but also friends. Without any reservations, we highly recommend them both.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Corinne as my real estate agent for the purchase of a home. I'm a first time home buyer and started going to open houses in the hopes of finding a new home in December 2024. After visiting a few open houses with my parents and meeting multiple real estate agents, we didn't think the real estate agents were looking out for my best interests. My dad saw a for sale sign with Corinne's name on it close to his house and phoned Corinne to introduce himself and after talking to her, he highly recommended her to me and thought she would be a great real estate agent. Corinne is an amazing real estate agent and puts her client's interests first. She taught me that the most important thing about purchasing a home is resale value on our very first viewing together. She pointed out hidden issues, like proximity to railway tracks. She taught me about the difference in land transfer taxes between Durham and Toronto and that there's a land transfer tax rebate for first time home buyers. She taught me to be aware for furnaces that were rented, they should always be owned. She taught me about the pros and cons of purchasing a property that is Power of Sale. She taught me about the risks of purchasing a property that is currently being rented. She taught me everything I needed to know when it came to making the decision of purchasing a home. She always made her self available for me at all times and returned my calls or messages promptly. When she was on vacation, her team member Michael, showed myself and my father a property and he was just as amazing as Corinne. Very friendly and extremely informative and took his time to show us even the smallest details, in both the interior and exterior of the house. I've learned a whole lot in my first home buying experience with Corinne and Michael, and with their help, guidance and expertise, I'm now the proud new owner of my very first home! Corinne, Michael, if you are reading this, my lawyer also did some research on your team and in his words, he said you guys are 'top notch', I couldn't agree more and without hesitation, I highly recommend the Corinne and Michael Team. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Corinne and Michael as our real estate agents for the sale of our home in the Ajax area. The best way we would describe their service is as agents who value and add value to their clients. We reached out to them in 2014 for the purchase of a rental property and then recently for the sale of our primary home. Throughout the 6 years they have stayed in touch and provided service whenever we had a question about our rental or potential move. Including helping us with the process of a private sale of our rental home recently that lead to saving us $350 of lawyer fees. Their knowledge, attention to detail and client care is what always lead us to choose them. Our home is in an “in demand” area and my husband and I debated whether we should sell it ourselves. Due to the relationship and the service Corinne and Michael provided over the years, we decided to offer them the opportunity to help us learn the benefit of going with them vs doing it on our own. They again brought their knowledge of the market, providing the added service (no charge to us) of staging our home, professional photographer, online virtual tour presence, easy electronic bookings of showings including a home inspection so that we could have the opportunity to fix anything that might detract buyers from giving their best offer. We decided to go with them. What they also brought was their listening ear and peace of mind. A big thank you to Corinne who was always quick to respond to our concerns and offer advice or provide a contact that could help us with what we needed. We decided to go away during the showing of our house. Corinne stayed on top of the showings, ensuring that the home was well kept, lights were shut off at night and doors were locked. Kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. With the new way homes are sold in this market, they also brought their expertise in fielding the offers. Their service was impeccable. Corrine, Jessica, and Michael make an absolutely amazing team!! They were beyond responsive to ALL the questions and concerns (and there were many) we had with selling our home. They all worked very hard to show our home to others when their agent wasn’t available, fielding questions from potential buyers, and organizing an amazing stager. In addition they had great photos and videos taken, with a drone too. We sold a century home complete with half story bedrooms and a dirt floor basement, but they didn’t hesitate or have any concerns with highlighting all the amazing positives of our 1.3 acres or sunny main floor. We would (and have successfully) referred this team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. They have come through for us in every way for the sale of our home Just a few short weeks (in a very strong sellers market) after selling we purchased a home with the help of this fantastic team. They managed to get our buyers to adjust the closing date to accommodate us better and convinced the sellers to sell (it wasn’t currently on the market!). I have full confidence that this team can help anyone buy and/or sell no matter their situation.

Corrine sold my husband and i our first home nearly 10 years ago. She was referred to us by a trusted family friend who had nothing but amazing things to say about her and Corrine definitely lived up to all of it. When it came to selling our home recently there was no question in our mind who we wanted on our side (Corrine). When we called her she came to see us, sat us down and really explained the process to us as first time sellers in a way that made us feel empowered and comfortable. She was always available through the process to walk us through each step. The market was crazy and we were unsure but she guided us through and made us feel more like friends then clients every step of the way. She far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond from connecting us with service people to get our house market ready to talking us through the crazy market to making us feel comfortable that our house was taken care of while we vacated for showings.
