Tiana and Shelly were excellent to work with. I owned a condo in Edmonton that I was managing from Brossard, Quebec. While dealing with my property manager and condo board.. there were a lot of back and forth headaches.. with paperwork and little repairs.. and both Tiana and Shelly were so helpful and hands on in getting me through it and managing all of it. They even had names of contractors on hand to help to some touch up to fix my home. I had bought my property at the height of the boom in 2007.. when the market was inflated. I knew the market deflated and I just wanted to get what I owe with some extra change in my pocket. I got just that and my property was sold very quickly. They were knowledgeable of the market, how to negotiate and getting me what I needed. And I got a lot of personal attention

I had a wonderful and easy experience with Tiana and her team. She was so responsive and helpful during every step of the selling and purchasing process. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
