We had a wonderful experience working with Tim. He has a calm yet light demeanor which was much appreciated during our first home purchase (which can be stressful). He was knowledgeable as a realtor and when issues arose that were out of his purview, he made sure to direct us to alternate sources of info. He made us feel seen and would remember details about our preferences. He's incredibly patient and not pushy at all which was important, as we ended up working with him for two years before we ended up purchasing. He's incredibly responsive and always showed up ahead of us to our showings, ready with printed information on the property. I would recommend him to all our friends and family.

My entire experience with Tim was top notch from the first meeting to the completion of sale. He is knowledgeable, respectful and very personable. He is highly professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, including about individual buildings and developments in our targeted neighbourhood on the West Side of Vancouver. When we went for viewings he was quick to show us home features we may have missed, as well as was frank with us afterwards about any red flags or concerns that the seller’s agent failed to point out. I am happy to recommend Tim and I would retain him for any future real estate transactions. His excellent work was of huge help in securing us a home we are thrilled to own and live in.

No question was too silly, and no situation was too frustrating. Even though we put in more than one offer, and viewed many places during a very hot market, Tim was there for us every step of the way. He helped us navigate many challenging and confusing steps through the buying process that we would never have understood as total newbies.
