My Brother and I were looking to sell my dad‘s house after doing some renovations. Todd came out to the property to have a look and gave us his honest opinion as far as renovations go, what the property value is in the neighborhood, what houses have been selling for and updates that have been done within the neighborhood to other homes. He was extremely knowledgeable and stayed with us every step of the way through the renovations until we were ready to list. what I like most about Todd is how down to earth he is...he kept it real and I liked that!! He didn’t sugarcoat anything, he was honest right from the word go. He was easy to deal with, very pleasant, funny but most of all knowledgeable. He always got back to us right away and was extremely flexible about meeting at the house and was always on time....Hands down if you are looking to sell your home I highly recommend Todd Burke. 💯 my Dads house sold in 2 days!! We got offered more than what we asked... that was due solely because of Todd’s excellent negotiation skills and experience in the real estate business. Again I can’t stress enough... go with Todd... you won’t be disappointed. I promise you. 😁
