Above and beyond realtor! I have full trust in him and much respect. Todd drove, I kid you not, all over the city of Edmonton for us! We looked for a home that was skirting the Anthony Henday. Anytime we went into a house he was never concerned about "selling" the place and more often told us not to buy a house because it didn't fit our needs or something about the building was off/ concerning. Todd was more concerned about how the house fit us, if it was a safe neighborhood, if it was a good place to build a family, that the house itself has good bones and if it met/ exceeded our expectations. Its easy to trust someone when that someone puts himself in your shoes. He would never encourage you to buy a house if it wasn't something he himself would be happy with moving forward with. The honesty and integrity of him shines through in what he does for you as a realator. I will reccommend him as a realtor everytime!
