You can not go wrong choosing Todd he went above and beyond for us. He allowed me time to sell my townhouse before jumping into another home. He allowed me lots of time to look at all my options until I found the one that best suited all my families needs !!!

I was selling my house myself and Todd brought the buyers to me. He saw I was selling by owner and gave assistance on topics that a home owner selling would have difficulties with. I was very fortunate to be able to draw on Todd's years of experience during my sale and he made it a very amicable process for both buyers and sellers. He was always there when you needed a call, information, update or just wanted to go over ideas.
