Agent provided updates about other properties that were selling in the area and the prices they were listed at which enabled me to adjust my selling price as needed. Agent contacted me with feedback from potential buyers who were looking at the property which enabled me to know how many people were looking at my property and the reasons they did not make an offer. I did not get the value I wanted from the property because of the current market which was out of the agents control. The agent helped me get the most I could out of the property in the current market which a short closing date which was ideal. Agent was able to help me sell my property even though I had moved from the province in which my property was located
