We recently worked with Tom to purchase a condo for our son. Tom was easy to deal with, thoughtful and very accommodating. He was prompt with his communications and listened to what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the market and areas in which we wanted to purchase. He was professional and did not show us any units there were beyond our needs. Tom was supportive and available throughout the entire purchasing process. We could go to him with any questions and he was quick to respond. He found us the perfect unit, in a great location for our son. We are very pleased with the purchase.

We've done 6 buy or sell transactions in our lifetimes & Tom Hopper outshines all the other 5 agents. He is the first that we saw advocate for us. He successfully negotiated firmly, politely, professionally and fairly on our behalf and we are thrilled with our new home. Tom was so patient. He would've shown us 100 homes (oh, pls no) if we'd asked him to. Tom also has a great list of contacts (it takes a damn village to buy a house). Lawyers, home inspectors, septic inspectors, city officials, mortgage brokers). This is obviously important to get solid professionals onboard or onsite in a timely fashion when buying/selling. Tom Hopper from the Neal Group is the best realtor. He will work hard for you! Teo stepped in to help, too. The group is large enough to pinch hit for one another, which was also a plus.
