Tracie is simply fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about market trends etc. but more than that, she genuinely cares about her clients and their wellbeing. She goes above and beyond in every way possible. I HIGHLY recommend Tracie!

Tracie did an amazing job! There were several issues that arose from a short closing timeline, but Tracie worked to keep everyone on track, and helped us navigate to a successful closing.

They were most certainly right! Tracie listed our home, a restored 1850 stone house, which we thought would take some time to sell, and it was unconditionally sold within 10 days of the listing. Tracie's marketing technique was above reproach and it certainly paid dividends. We cannot recommend Tracie and her team too highly!
