Tracie sold us our house during covid over the phone. She was crawling around in Crawl spaces for my wife and I during visits. More then I could ever expected from someone. Saying that when we decided to relocate again we thought of Tracie right away. I know from her hard work before she would do great for us selling. Was I ever right Tracie came to the house and gave honest feedback. With her feedback we sold our house on the second day listed. She told me its team work. Tracie is wonderful to work with. We have bought two houses, sold one, and bought a commercial condo with her. She is patient, caring, attentive, and responsive. She was always looking out for our best interests and providing critical insight during our house hunt. When we were looking for our first house, she was very helpful in keeping us patient, and understanding our needs/wants. She did an excellent job selling our house, and was monumentally critical in helping us navigate the commercial deal. For the commercial condo, the selling agents were unresponsive, inexperienced, and representing a very complex client and situation. Tracie constantly kept in contact with them and was a key factor in getting the deal got across the finish line. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone and won't ever use anyone else to represent us in real estate transactions.
