Tracie was amazing. She worked diligently to find us the home of our dreams. She was always able to set it appointments for us even when we made requests at the last moment.

Moving is stressful in itself, but we were moving from out of province which seemed even more difficult. Tracie made things so easy for us. She visited multiple properties for us without us even being there. After a brief meeting, she knew exactly what we were looking for and when the time was right she hit the nail on the head. Thank you Tracie for all your hard work! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking!

We are a retired couple from Ottawa, looking for our perfect home in Kingston. This was to be our sixth home purchase, so we had a far idea as to what we should look for. Having 50 plus homes to view on-line (provided by Tracie team) we selected our top 5 picks to view. Our first pick, we were hot for. Tracie previewed in person, made a movie for us and gave us some insight as to what she saw as a professional.. before we arrived from Ottawa! We had overlooked a privacy issue in the pool area of the back yard. She described the plus and negative features.. as we only saw the want features. We found and purchased our dream house, after viewing only 3 houses from our list! She worked with the other agent to achieve solutions to problems. Advising on price, attacked the water problem (that she saw first!) and made our choice to purchase a reality. Bottom line. Tracie was wonderful! As a first time home buyer I was weary of getting into the market at this time. From the first phone call I knew we were going to be a good fit. I appreciated her transparency when we walked through different homes. She was able to point out what worked and what didn't. She also gave me the opportunity to learn, going to several houses in a wide price range to see the differences. Her availability for phone calls, emails and texts was comforting and she never tired of answering my questions and hearing me out as I got increasingly stressed through the process.
