Tracey was very professional informative pleasant real estate agent. This was my first experience of selling a property. I was looking someone who is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. I searched on google for top realtors in Niagara region and Tracy Phelan's name came out first. We met her and found her very enthusiastic, super experienced and she knows her job well. We got our house sold just in 4 days with our expected price! Tracy made our journey very smooth and delivered her excellent service .We are so happy to have Tracy as our realtor to sell our house. Tracy was always available to us and kept in touch throughout the long process as we waited for our purchase, a new build,to be completed with delays getting in the way. She was always positive and helpful from beginning to end. She knew the market and what was going on out there. Would certainly recommend her if you are in looking to buy or sell.

<p>Tracy was very friendly, and really knew her real estate in this city. She advised us when to sell to get a better price for our house. I was hesitant but glad that I listened to her. We are waiting for our new house to be finished and she arranged with the new owners for a longer closing date. I really appreciated that as I never thought of doing it.</p> <p>She kept us up to date on everything and I have enjoyed doing business with her.</p> <p>I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling.
