Travis Nelson was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I had a very complex situation selling the home of my dear friend who unexpectedly passed away with her husband in a long term care facility. I am my friends Executor and her husbands POA. To add to the complexity, I don’t reside in the same town as the home. I interviewed several top-rated Realtors in the Comox Valley and Travis clearly stood out head and shoulders above the rest. His professionalism and knowledge of the market was exceptional. His research and Marketing strategy first class. I valued his guidance and advice every step of the way. He made the whole process so clear and easy with a very quick sale!
