Had been actively searching and viewing properties for approx. 2 months in the Comox Valley when I stumbled upon Travis browsing through a similar website. It was very short notice on my part, as I was interested in putting an offer on a place within 3-4 days from the time i reached out to him. In that short time, we needed to get to know one another and develop a certain level of trust. Travis is very organized in addition to having a very thorough knowledge of the market/area he serves. What also stands out is his level of familiarity with industry colleagues and agencies. His ability to convey whom he/we may be negotiating with at the other end is really valuable. He is open about giving recognition to other agents he highly regards and in all likelyhood they do the same. If you are organized and knowledgeable of the transaction you are attempting to complete, working with Travis should be a breeze. Surely if you are needing someone to provide added guidance, and give you further knowledge, you will be well served.
