We worked with Troy Peterson in 2023 and purchased a condo in Victoria. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Troy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, what to look for in a condo building and educated us about the various condo documents that one reviews when considering a purchase. His integrity shone through as he steered us away from condo buildings with a questionable history, financial and/or structural issues.
