We worked with Trung Bien in the fall of 2025 and he oversaw the sale our townhome and the purchase our next single family home. Trung primarily handled our sale transaction, and Brittany Riley primarily worked with us on the purchase side. Trung was great form our first meeting through to the closing of both our sale and purchase transactions. We have used Trung on both the buying end and selling end of real estate. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the purchase side, with great a contacts for service companies for small tasks, plumbing, electrical etc… he was patient and took us thru a number of potential condos before we made our purchase. He made sure to recommend and set up review of condo documents , financials etc… for the building. In selling this past year, once again Trung has been very accommodating and made the sale go very smoothly. He helped the buying client to understand the condo documents and answered all questions on our behalf. We have recommended friends to Trung and will one hundred percent use him again.
