I really don't have good hope on real estate agents, My friend referred me to this guy ( Now my friend is very upset for that ). I told the same thing to him but this agent wrote 3-4 pages of marketing strategy ( nothing came to live all promises are gone in air ) as per his thoughts and made me to sign the agreement for buying the house. Later got into buying house with two mortgages and keep on ripping us from $20,000 to $30,000 finally lost more than $50,000 from our pocket for a house which is not even worth paying $800,000 but got for $1,040,000. Not even seen him after buying the house just sending messages for nothing just trying to console us. Hope people get a good lesson from my story and not believe anyone in this world of real estate marketing and agents like this.
