Whatever was going on, Wade Hamblin was on top of it! He returned all phone calls and texts in a timely manner. He was very quick to understand my specific needs and wants in a house. He was able to see both problems and solutions while we were touring different properties. Wade never tried getting me to increase my budget. Rather, he was very conscious of it. Wade was The Voice of Reason.when a bidding war erupted on a house I was considering and advised me not to play in that sandbox. I felt very well taken care of. Wade is very professional but also has a great sense of humour and is enjoyable to interact with. Now that I've had the "Hamblin Experience," I'm spoiled to work with anyone else.

Over a period of 4 years, Wade (and Sandra) have helped us with both the sale AND purchase of a house. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the Peterborough real estate market, but he has always been transparent and honest with his information and recommendations. Wade's friendly and confident nature make for low-stress transactions, start-to-finish. What is especially impressive about Wade, is the way he invests in his clientele, even years after the sale. Wade and Sandra were very responsive to our requests to attend showings that we had interest in. They were very honest about the market and explaining how we'd be successful in obtaining a successful offer. We were always so concerned with us maybe wasting their time but they never once left us with that impression. When we finally found the right house, the advice given from Wade regarding our conditional offer made all the difference and we were successful in winning the bid. He was then quick to get our house listed and on the market, and in only 4 hours after it went Live........our house was sold!! That had to be a record!! Wade and Sandra went above and beyond and we'd highly recommend them.

Working with Wade and Sandra was amazing! They came recommended to me by a friend and did not dissapoint! This was our first home purchase and it felt great knowing we had a 'Team' helping guide the way.
