From the beginning of our association to the end it was exceptional. His guidance through the process made a difficult time of selling my family home easier to accomplish without a lot of stress. I believe he went over and above to help such as getting an auctioneer in, contacting Habitat for humanity, people to paint through and do repairs and even take away garbage and finish packing. This lightened my load physically and mentally. The staging was excellent and helped show the house in its best light. Many thanks to Wade and Sandra for this great experience which could have been so much more difficult.
