Wade, who was born and raised in Peterborough and possesses extensive local knowledge of the Kawartha Lakes region, offers a unique advantage to clients in the process of buying or selling property. Along with being a registered REALTOR® since 2010, he has been investing in real estate investment properties since 2002. Wade has confidently earned the RE/MAX's Executive Club and 100% Club awards year after year and since 2021 he obtained the prestigious awards of Platinum Club, Chairman Club and the Life-Time Achievement Award.

In 2022 Sandra Brown joined Wade as his full time Client Experience Manager who is a Certified Relocation Specilist, and brings with her an accreditation from Seneca College for Home Staging as well as over 30 years' experience in accounting and office management.
