We have been looking for a home that we could easily transform into an 'accessible' home for 10 years. Wasim found us a great home, negotiated a great transaction. We also used him to sell our home, and he was able to make the process bearable. We sold 12 hours after listing. And we appreciated his flexibility around some special needs that we had. Highly recommend.

Wasim is always attentive to the needs of his customers. He always responds in a timely manner and goes above and beyond in looking after any questions, follow-ups, or concerns with properties. On our recent house closing, he helped us locate an appropriate property and negotiate a reasonable purchase price. Also followed up with the Town of Newmarket on zoning and use inquiries. He also put us in contact with local trades as we evaluate work that needs to be done on the property.
