Wasim came highly recommended by a family friend. First impressions last. On meeting Wasim he was very positive about the property and had prepared a package with all of the details of the property for review. I left that meeting feeling very confident leaving everything with Wasim. Being a seller for the first time, I have attained a wealth of knowledge from Wasim. He gave us a mandate on how long it would take to sell the property and what the property would best sell for. We were always informed of next steps and Wasim and his assistant Anna would explain what would take place during the process of selling the property. The property sold in one week and over the asking price! My 90 year old cousin was overwhelmed with joyful tears to hear the good news that her home was sold. Wasim made everything look seamless from arranging moving, to landscaping, cleaning and the staging of my cousins home. If you are looking for an Agent I would highly recommend Wasim.
