First time selling a property and felt very confident with Wendy. The Condo was tied to a first time buyer program run by CRD and BC Housing. Wendy was very patient as we needed to wait on these agencies at times for a response to a question we had pertaining to the selling of the Condo. Very good at giving me (owner) amble time when requesting a viewing for a perspective purchaser.
