Frank & Wendy Berke, help guide us through this process with expertise and confidence, I assume that for most people the selling or purchasing of a property is a stressful event at least for us it is, but that stress was mitigated greatly by the professionalism and knowledge of Frank & Wendy we could not be happier with the results of their efforts and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asked.

Frank and Wendy provided 'above and beyond' service in a lengthy house search extending over a year. They proactively kept an eye out for new listings, were able to set up showings on short notice, and gave honest and practical advice regarding options. They often took the time to view a home in advance and provided us with accurate and informed perspectives. They also sent us live videos of the walk-throughs they did which we found very helpful. We strongly recommend Frank and Wendy.

Everything went very smoothly. It was a time when the market was hot and one had to be very quick to act.

We were unfamiliar with the Victoria/Sidney area and also were doing our house search from Alaska as we couldn't travel during Covid. We had to rely heavily on Wendy and Franks knowledge and experience to guide us. Their knowledge, feedback and honesty was beyond helpful and accurate. They would go look at the listings for us made sure to point out all the things we couldn't see and are not stated in listings. - traffic noise, busy roads, bad location etc - They kept us updated all the time with new listings and information, and we finally purchased in Sidney in July 2021 and they helped us negotiate a great price.

Wendy went above and beyond to help us find a place my Dad would love. She was extremely knowledgeable of the properties and neighbourhoods we looked at, very patient, and an amazing negotiator! Both her and Frank put in extra effort to contact the seller for forgotten items and even drove downtown to get us an extra key. I highly recommend both Wendy and Frank.
