Zamian is a great realtor. He is honest, hard working, reliable, helpful, and most importantly, easy to get along with. He has a great sense of humour and in our experience, was able to make the preparation and sale of our home as stress-free as possible. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and used his expertise and experience to assist us in decision making throughout the sale. Working with Zamian for either the sale or purchase of your home is a good idea. In 11 years he has helped us with both, and we could not be more pleased.

Zamian got what needed to be done quickly and professionally to take advantage of the current Fall market.We currently live out of town and he was able to help us prepare the property for sale, as well as coordinate with our tenants. A 5 star service.

Zamian is a very personable and he knows his business. I happened to choose him because he was born and raised up North and, having been up there for 40 years myself, I knew I could trust him to do what he knows best. He didn't disappoint. From the day I called him to the final closure, the total time for the sale was 5 weeks. The price was more than I expected but Zamian knew what it was worth in the market at the time, and in retrospect, I really appreciated the quick, no hassle sale.
