We were first time home buyers and selecting a realtor was a daunting task because there is so many to choose from. We looked at rank my agent and found Zamian. After having Zamian as a realtor we can understand why previous clients of his where happy with their home buying experience. There was never a moment where I did not get a quick response for any questions or worries in the home buying process. Response time was quite unbelievable. When viewing properties Zamian always had a solid understanding of market value and very knowledgeable with the negotiation process when making an offer. I can say with confidence that Zamian always went beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Zamian and will continue to use him for every future investment we decide to make.

Zamian is a true professional. At every step of the way toward buying our dream house he was there to help us. After five years of being a real estate nerd, constantly researching a preparing, I thought I knew everything I needed to about buying a house. Even with all my hard work there were a handful of times during the buying process that I found myself out of my element and really relied on my realtor for guidance. In these moments Zamain excelled, his experience, friendly personality, and overall competence became apparent to me, and he always came through. Even after the deal was over and I realized the sellers hadn’t keep their word on cleaning and repairs he went out of his way to help us and wasn’t happen until we were happy. <p>I hired Zamian to sell my honeymoon suite (that's what I call my two level condo) and honestly I was a little bit surprised with the professionalism and results. Full disclaimer, I met Zamian through this process but we have since become friends. Quick story: after receiving a full price, unconditional offer on my home, and 2 weeks before completion date, my hot water tank exploded and flooded my condo and the floors below. This happened at 12:30am. It was one of the scariest moments of my life, and I didn't know who else to call so of course I called my realtor! Zamian actually responded and called me back a few minutes later to calm me down and reassure me the world wasn't going to end. End of the story is that the buyer ended up backing out of the deal and after all that work Zamian did not even get paid. Through the whole process, he only worked for my best interests and was available anytime to answer questions. Here are more details of our experience: When we first started to think about listing our house, we spoke to anyone that we knew that had purchased or sold their house. We asked about their experiences, advice and the agent they had. Everyone had their recommendations, but Zamian was the only one that was highly recommended several times. So we decided to contact him. We probably spoke to too many people because we had a lot of anxiety and grilled him with questions. Not only did he welcome the questions, his responses wowed us. At that point we decided that we wanted him to represent us. 6 or 7 months later we were ready to sell. Leading up to that he was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions or give advice. He is a wealth of knowledge and love how there was never any pressure. When we were ready to list, he pulled all the stops. He didn't just list our place, he marketed it and hired professionals to take high quality photos, create a virtual tour and floor plan. We were ready to wait a few months before our place sold, but thanks to his hard work and dedication it went instantly. Our experience was only positive. We will absolutely go to him again and will highly recommend him to anyone we speak to.
