Greg Hamre was the agent we had when we moved to the NCR in 2011; we were so pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the market in Ottawa that when we were being posted out in 2019, we knew that we would retain him once more. We could not find another realtor who is more fluent in the CAF move policies, entitlements, etc. He assisted us in all our queries with the utmost respect and professionalism. I came from the GTA and Greg is very knowledgeable of the Ottawa market as well as the GTA market as he always drew comparisons for my understanding. Greg demonstrated that his focus was not to close the transaction, but to get the right property for us. He would take us to several properties and when we think we liked one of them, he would tell us the things we may not like in this particular property. Greg quickly learned our preferences and although he took us to see any property we requested, he told us ahead of time the properties we would like and the ones we would not like. The Ottawa market was very dynamic and houses were sold in hours after they were listed, thus, we were kind of frustrated, however, Greg always assured us that he would get for us a house that we would LOVE, and indeed he did. We are very grateful to him.
