Recently, we had the good fortune of retaining the services of Greg Hamre, Remax Affiliates Realty, for the sale of our home in Cumberland. We found Greg to be highly motivated, very knowledgeable and well informed on the market conditions in Cumberland as well as the trends in the surrounding areas. As the first step, he provided us with a detailed evaluation that reflected the market. This evaluation was used as a guide and followed in the preparation of his marketing strategy. The advertising and media exposure were solid and value was added to the strategy by the team approach. Greg was always very positive and readily available to provide advice on related matters. All appointments were kept with our best interests in mind including the staging. He was an Agent you could trust and listened closely to our needs and what we had to say. His response to any concerns we had was very professional. We have no hesitation to recommend Greg to anyone who might be selling their home in Cumberland or the surrounding areas.

We have used Greg to sell and buy a home. In both processes, he was more than great. In helping us finding a house, he said one sentence that proved to us how attentive he was to our needs and desires: - I will not show you 30 houses, I know what you are looking for, and I will not waste your time seeing houses that I know won't be to your liking.- He was very selective. He did his homework and he was bang on! All the houses we saw had something that we liked. When we settled on one in particular, it was magical, those are the words used to describe the house. Greg is an awesome person as well as awesome real estate agent, and we would highly recommend him to anyone..
