What we appreciated most about Greg was his honesty. He was genuine and he gave us great advice for the sale and purchase of our home. We really appreciated how he always followed up with any questions in a very timely manner and also helped put our minds at ease when activity was slow. One saying he used that helped through the process was “quality over quantity”. We put our trust in him and he delivered! He is also connected so we had a very reliable home inspector do the inspection and he will give us contacts for the renovations we have planned for our new place. We were very satisfied with Greg and his team. They were professional, courteous and reliable.

Greg has assisted us through 3 home purchases. His knowledge of the real estate market is outstanding and it is clear that he has a lot of experience in the business. Each time we have met with Greg, he went above and beyond to find us the perfect home, even if it meant that it was for sale by another agent (thus having an impact on his own commission). His level of customer service is beyond reproach, and continues years after you have signed the agreement. He is honest, responds quickly to questions and is excellent at managing expectations. Greg and his team made the stressful time of selling your home as easy as possible. He had the house staged beautifully for a very prompt sale of our home. He also was there to help with every step of the purchase of our new home. The video he made of our home was excellent and reflected the beauty of our home to potential buyers. To sum up what is great about the Hamre Team and in this instance, Greg Hamre, is the attention to detail. From start to finish, he advised, confirmed, anticipated our questions and guided us whenever necessary. He knew the community we are currently living in and the one we are moving to. We are repeat customers but he took nothing for granted. He took the time to make valid comparisons. Our neighbourhood is not a suburb where all the homes are variations of other models in the community. Each one is unique and as a result, direct comparisons are more difficult, His knowledge of the community resulted in us getting a better price than we had anticipated. He advised us of changes in marketing and selling our house since we purchased this home. And most importantly, he priced the home correctly and worked hard to ensure that we sold at the right price. In addition, the Hamre Team works like a Team. The Stager, the Photographer and the marketing done by Greg exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home in what can be a stressful and challenging experience.
