<p>Got us exposed to a lot of properties. Took time to understand our must haves and nice to haves. Pointed out where potential repairs could be required and therefore budgeted for. Things, I would have missed. Helped us visualize how we would actually use various properties, causing us to eliminate some. Great job at presenting our offer. Helped us arrive at a realistic offer. Gave us a feeling of confidence thru out the process that they new what they were doing and that they wanted the best for us.</p>
