My girlfriend and I began hired The Ferris Brothers when we purchased our first home last summer. They patiently showed us many properties, pointing out the positives and negatives of each house. They were quick to point out deficiencies in houses we didn't notice, such as faulty wiring or mold in the basement. They did not show us houses in neighborhoods we would not be comfortable living in. They will tailor your home search strictly to your criteria, and not waste your time. Jason and Andre are honest, ethical and knowledgeable agents. They are humble, hardworking, down-to-earth and easygoing guys. I would not hesitate to hire The Ferris Brothers again for our next home purchase. Why go to another agent, when the Ferris Brothers are here to save the day!

<p>To anyone considering the dynamic duo team of Jason and Andre Ferris (Ferris Brothers) as their real estate agents...</p> <p>Me and my wife were looking to buy our first home and had no experience with any real estate agents. We had heard horror stories from friends and families about some agents and how it is really difficult to find a good one but in our case, we were lucky to enough to find 2 GREAT ONES in the Ferris Brothers, Jason and Andre. They were recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint at all.</p> <p>We mostly dealt with Jason and we loved him for the time and care he took with us. He was always fast to reply to any text message, e-mail or phone call. He was always professional, on time and was always willing to travel to wherever we needed him to. His most important quality in our opinion was his honesty. We went to quite a few places and right away he would point out all the negatives and warn us about all the hazards of the house and the neighborhood, he never rushed or pushed us to buy. He learned our preferences in houses and would right away let us know if a house was even worth seeing because he knew we would not like it and sure enough, every time he warned us about a place, we disliked it. His honesty and commitment to understanding his clients is Jason's best quality in our opinion and he has got us as clients for life.</p> <p>How we ended up buying our house shows the excellent teamwork skills the Ferris Brothers have. Jason had notified us about being absent for a few days so instead of telling us to wait, he got Andre Ferris to take care of us in his absence. He let Andre know all the houses we wanted to see and date and time and he was there always for us. It was with Andre that we found the house we loved and he along with Jason gave us great advice on how to successfully bid on the house. We love our new home and are so appreciative of the Ferris Brothers for making the experience so pleasant and anyone reading this should know that you cannot go wrong with these guys.</p> <p>Also, if helping us find the house and successfully bidding on it was not enough, Jason also helped me move some things into the house which I would not have been able to do alone. He brought house warming gifts for the house and was and is still always checking on us to make sure everything is good. We get a monthly letter from the Ferris Brothers as well highlights all the community events and news for this month and as a bonus, there is always a lottery ticket included which is an awesome touch. Little things like this and all the things I mentioned previously is why I would highly recommend the Ferris Brothers. If you are in the market for an agent or not satisfied with your current agent, you cannot go wrong with the Ferris Brothers.</p> <p>For me personally, I consider Jason Ferris a really good friend now for helping me out whenever I needed it after the purchase of the house. He has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable with him right from the start. I want to say THANK YOU again to the Ferris Brothers, especially Jason, for helping me and my wife find our dream home and for continuing to be a part of our life.</p> <p>PS. If you are a sports fan, you will LOVE the Ferris Brothers even more. <p>Entering the current hot housing market as a first time house buyer was a daunting process. However, having Andre and Jason at my side, guiding me through multiple house viewings to ultimately purchasing a fantastic home, eased the process, and their consistent and supportive presence was invaluable.<br /> I cannot recommend Andre and Jason enough, they are there when you need them, offer expertise in all areas of the home search and buying process, and at no time did I feel other buyers where a priority or pushed to make an offer so that they could make a sale (something I have heard other buyers state about their agents).<br /> I have no hesitation in recommending Andre and Jason to prospective buyers as I am sure, based on my own year long engagement with the brothers, that they will also receive the same high quality service that was provided to me.</p>

The Ferris Brothers came highly recommended by a family member who had their services for their house selling. I was skeptical at using them as they did not live or work in Barrie. We decided to give them a try and am very glad we did. Jason was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and people. He gave us great advice about what people were looking g for in a house. He guided us through and calmed our fears. Our house sold quickly due to marketing and presentation strategies. Follow through has been awesome as well.
