<p>Andre Ferris was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of selling my home. Having no experience myself in the process of selling a home Andre was very patient and understanding of any questions that I presented to him.He explained every step and had all areas covered.I felt very confident having the Ferris brothers sell my home and would recommend them strongly.My neighbour's also commented on how impressed they were with their contact with Andre and would definitely consider using them in the future in selling their home!</p>

<p>Andre and Jason were approachable, friendly and knowledgeable right from the start. We initially thought it might be some time before we bought our new home but the Ferris Brothers were patient and understanding and worked with our pace. We felt at ease after our first meeting with them. The marketing strategy they offered to help sell our home was appealing and effective and led us to sign on with them. Andre was helpful, resourceful and provided a comprehensive market analysis for our home. Jason was ready and patient with showing us potential new homes in our desired areas. He was quick to point out helpful information in looking for a home. We found our new home earlier than expected but they guided us through the home buying experience efficiently. Andre was professional and supportive in presenting our offer for our new home and it paid off. We had some work to do to get our home ready for sale and the Ferris Brothers provided us with professional staging advice, professional photography, professional reccomendations, suggested improvements to invest in to attract buyers and were available along the way with answers to any questions as needed. Our house was sold within a week at above asking due to their sound advice and marketing strategy!
