Calvin and his team did a fantastic job. I wanted to sell my house and came with a great strategy to sell it ASAP above market price even though it was mid January (not a great time to sell) and mortgage rates were so high. But thanks to his fantastic job, I had 11 showings within five days after listening plus 10 open house showings ended up getting three offers less than five days after listed my house.
