The first one sold without even posting on MLS as Calvin had many investors looking for properties so the buyer saw the property the day after I decided to sell and ended up buying it! Now even with the competitive market I again ended up with a successful sale with a backup offer which was fantastic. My wife and I worked the last two weeks with Calvin and purchased a condo in downtown Edmonton for our daughter to live in with a roommate while they go to U of A. Calvin was very thorough, attentive and professional through the whole process. We were under a deadline and felt we had to make a purchase. We looked at a lot of properties over a very short period of time. Calvin helped us narrow the selection, scheduled the showings very efficiently to meet our schedule and gave us good insights into the neighborhood and the property. He was very thorough in assisting us with deciding on the terms of the offer especially the price. He was careful to give us suggestions but still let us make the final decisions. At the final hour Calvin was able to do some extra negotiating on the price and got us a little more of a discount which was an added bonus. There was a lot of capital reserve work in progress and Calvin helped us to get more time to review the details more thoroughly so that we went in eyes wide open and didn't feel pressured to make an uninformed decision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Calvin to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Edmonton area.
